Q: What is your return policy?
A: This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover any damage caused by neglect of product, accidents, abrasions, exposing to extremely hot or cold temperatures, or damage caused by solvents, acid, water, or any other chemical. Normal wear and tear or transport damage performed by any company will not be covered.
Q: Is the My Cruiser™ - EZ Pack available in any other colors?
A: At this time, the My Cruiser™ - Ez Pack is only available in Royal Blue. We have plans to expand the color options, so check back regularly.
Q. How do I set the anti-theft lock on the laptop backpacks?
A: Push the set button in the direction of the arrow. Turn to select numbers and then release the button. Lock in the zippers and turn the numbers to secure the lock. When ready to release the zipper go back to the numbers that you selected. Keep selected lock numbers in a safe place.
