We offer UPS Ground Shipping to Continental US Only (Except Puerto Rico and Hawaii) on all products sold online at mycruiserezpack.com
At this time, We do not offer international shipping to our overseas coustomers.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS / ITEMS :
If your merchandise got damaged in transit or found defective, please call us at 724-344-6203 to arrange for the product to be shipped to a repair facility. Or, to ship directly to an Authorized Repair Facility. If the product you bought can not be repaired, please refer to our return policy.
RETURN POLICY :
Our goal is to provide full satisfaction for every product purchased online or in our Store. All Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are subject to 20% restocking fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. Returns must be sent back to us, unused, undamaged and should be in the original box.
REFUND POLICY :
- We will not accept any returns of products that are or appear or have been used.
- We will not be able to exchange or refund for used items or defective items because of normal wear & tear or misuses.
- Products that are returned used will be held and the customer can choose to have it sent back to them at their expense towards shipping cost.
- Personalized items are not returnable unless there is a defect.

The customer is responsible for return shipping both ways, at the time of buying and returning (as the free shipping charges are incurred, during sale of an item).
Orders that have been refused by the customer without the approval of mycruiserezpack.com will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund issued. Returns that have been sent without first contacting us will either be refused or have the cost of the original shipment deducted from their refund.
