Thank goodness for this piece of luggage! First of all, it’s blue and stands out easily against all of the other black and silver pieces of luggage at the luggage claim, So no hunting and packing and lifting other pieces of luggage that look similar. The roller wheels look and work great-I had a long walk to my car in the parking structure and it moved through the airport with great ease including on rough pavement. I was traveling from cold climate to warm Mexico and even though my luggage was pretty full, at the last minute I decided to put my down jacket inside and it usually fit. The detachable toiletries bag acted as a separator between the two compartments and then I hung it on a hook on the back of the bathroom door in my hotel room. This was the first time on a weeklong trip that I actually took three pair of shoes. I am a size 12 and two pair of shoes easily fit into the luggage in the separate shoe compartment’s. The laundry bag came in handy especially for keeping used laundry separate from the clean. I have had so many soft shell luggage pieces (other brands) destroyed or damaged by airport machinery and this hard shell returned from the trip looking brand new and completely unscathed. Zippers work great.
